Our classes are led by certified coaches to ensure your safety and give you a challenging workout.
Community: We are more than a gym membership...we are family! During the workout we encourage and high five each other. It's not uncommon to see members hanging out after workouts or grabbing dinner on the weekends.
Small Classes: We limit our classes to 10 people per class to ensure each member receives individualized attention. Safety is always first, coaches demonstrate proper form, check and correct technique and encourage members through a hard workout.
Quality Coaching: Expert coaches lead our classes; their sole mission is to help members achieve their fitness goals.
Competition: A little friendly competition helps members set higher expectations. Workouts are designed for all levels of fitness.
Varied: Hit a plateau or tired of the same workout routine? At CrossFit Mischief there is a different workout everyday!
NOT Your Typical Gym: We don’t have treadmills, elliptical, or weight machine. We use free weights, barbells, kettlebells, and much more. We believe the human body is the machine.
Functional Movement: During workouts members learn the proper way to move their bodies efficiently and pain free. Improving posture, body awareness, balance and range of motion.
Modification: We understand the 22 year old and the 70 year old are not going to have the same recovery rate, mobility or strength...EVERYTHING can be modified to fit your fitness level. CrossFit can be for anyone, you don't have to be in the best condition of your life to start.
Results: Workouts, strength training, nutrition challenges are all recorded and tested. Every member has a different goal, whether it is to walk up the stairs without being out of breath or to running a marathon. Mischief members have lost weight, gotten stronger, gained confidence, reduced stress and made lasting friendship all while having the best hour of their day.
