Have you been doing CrossFit for over 3 months and looking for a new gym?
'Doing CrossFit' means you went through a beginner's course at a different CrossFit and you have been an active member there for 3 months.
The first step in joining CrossFit Mischief is to sit down with us so we can learn more about you. During the meeting you will complete a 'test out' all that means is that we go over the major lifts (clean, snatch, press, squat & deadlift).
Next we will setup a time were you can try out a class for free.
