Programs

CrossFit


CrossFit is our most popular class. We utilize functional movements to improve performance, fitness, endurance and your overall health. Each hour-long class will incorporate metabolic conditioning, body-weight movements, Olympic weightlifting, and gymnastics training. No matter your personal fitness level, our expert coaches will individually work with you to modify movements or workouts to keep you safe and still give you a challenging workout.

Core Conditioning


This 15 minute class focuses on strengthening and toning your core.

Weightlifting


This program will be led by our own Coach Brian Bieschke, a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Sports Performance Coach.  Classes are designed to improve athletes’ technical efficiency, comfort, explosiveness, and overall awareness while performing the weightlifting movements: snatch, clean, and jerk.  Each one-hour session will emphasize proper technical development by breaking down the mechanics of one specific movement and applying those mechanics through a series of fundamental and accessory exercises.  Classes will conclude with core stability work. Cost: Members $10 / Non-members $15

Open Gym


During open gym you are free to work on a skill, stretch, or complete a workout.  This is your time.  There will be a coach on the floor, but the coach will not be leading a class.  

Mischief Kids


Mischief Kids is a fitness program for ages 5-13, emphasizing on safety and proper movement with the focus on having fun. These 45  minute classes will help kids develop physical abilities, social skills, self-confidence and improve cognitive functions.  Teaching our kids about being active and healthy is the first step in the fight against a sedentary lifestyle and obesity. Yoga Workshops


Our yoga is a Vinyasa-style power yoga available to all levels of students. We focus on improving body alignment, build strength, mobility, confidence and grace in the body and mind!

Mobility Workshops


Dr. Tom Kinsella from SPARC Chiropractic teaches you the importance of mobility.  During the 30 minute class he will guide you through exercises to increase range of motion to help prevent injury and increase performance.  Click here to learn more about Dr. Tom
