This program will be led by our own Coach and Owner Arianne, a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Sports Performance Coach. Classes are designed to improve athletes’ technical efficiency, comfort, explosiveness, and overall awareness while performing the weightlifting movements: snatch, clean, and jerk. Each one-hour session will emphasize proper technical development by breaking down the mechanics of one specific movement and applying those mechanics through a series of fundamental and accessory exercises. |
