Annual Memorial Day Workout

Join us on Saturday, May 23th, over Memorial Day weekend, as we take on the Hero workout Murph. This workout honors Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005. Each year, CrossFit gyms around the world complete Murph on Memorial Day to pay tribute to those who made the ultimate sacrifice, including Lieutenant Murphy.

We encourage everyone to participate, with scaling and partner options available. This is a FREE event for all members, and instead of our regular Saturday classes, we will run 60-minute heats.

I visited the gym a few days as a Drop In while traveling through the area. Very friendly and welcoming coaches and members. I will definitely come back next time I’m in the area.
